What you'll be doing

  • Grow Organic traffic & revenue in line with forecasts & business objectives; Improve rankings and visibility for core target keywords.
  • Perform regular keyword research in-line with business objectives and seasonality to identify new areas for growth.
  • Conduct in-depth on-site and off-site analysis on PLT to identify issues/areas of improvement and provide strategic solutions.
  • Analyse competitors & the market to identify opportunities for outreach/link-building.
  • Day-to-day optimisation of categories, sub-categories and campaigns in line with seasonality and key customer trends.
  • Communication to team and wider management on weekly/monthly results to show the impact of work.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the Marketing team and wider business to develop and implement regular Content Marketing and Outreach campaigns to drive brand/non-brand visibility.
  • Help manage junior members workload and input into training/development

More about you.

  • A solid understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and the wider Digital Marketing field.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience of working with all common Microsoft packages & strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to generate key insights and reports.
  • Experience with using a variety of Search Engine Optimisation tools & platforms such as Botify, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Sistrix & AHREFS.
  • Strong knowledge/experience of working with HTML.
  • Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics

  • Great time management skills to ensure tasks get delivered to deadlines, but at the same time are adaptable to changes in business requirements.
  • Detail orientated; all work delivered to a high standard with no need for amends, always ahead at spotting trends and commercial wins for the business.
  • You bring your best every day and always act in a professional and approachable manner.
    Great industry knowledge and always keep up-to-date with what’s going on.
  • You’re approachable to the whole team and are always ready to help and support.
