• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  Product development and management, which includes fit sessions, order raising, internet descriptions and fabric approvals to name just a few. I will also look at market analysis alongside developing projects which I will then present to senior management.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I have had the opportunity to gain more responsibility in my role, working in different department areas, which has given me wider experience and understanding within the buying function.   

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  To be able to watch our brand grow into new markets and really build brand awareness, which has had a direct impact on sales.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Someone who is hard working and passionate about what they do.
