  • Why did you apply to work for us?

    boohoo have featured heavily in the media – especially in the Leicestershire area and when the HR Advisor opportunity came up, I jumped at the chance to be get stuck in and be involved in something new/radical that was going to change the perception of the manufacturing industry for the better. I knew that with my retail and manufacturing experience, I would be able to come in and hit the ground running which is exactly what I’ve done.

  • What’s the best thing about working for us?

    As cheesy as it sounds - the people! From interviewing, my first day and to now, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. It helps that we are all on this learning journey together.

  • What do you get up to in your role?

    Since joining in November 2021, no two days have been the same, which has been the biggest positive difference for me. I am actively encouraged to share my ideas and there are no limits as to what I can/cannot get involved in. 

  • How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

    Having only been a part of the team for six weeks I have not had any role changes, but the positive feedback that I have received from my manager, as well as the wider HR team, has been a great boost for me. I see my career developing for the better with the boohoo group.

  • What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

    Being nominated to be featured on the careers website given I have been with the business for such a short period.

  • What makes someone successful here?

    Drive, positivity, a can-do attitude, and a sprinkling of fun = a successful career with boohoo!
